PackTIC #5 - Andrew Crowell by Wood Wonders

This puzzle is the second one of this series that I managed to acquire via the  Puzzle Discord 

It’s not hard to see the allure with these TIC type of puzzles, they really are fascinating and quite difficult!  This particular one had me completely stumped and had to enlist the help of Andrew via Burrtools to get me over the hump!

“One of Andrew's (and my) favorite designs is sure to become one of yours too! I have run out of adjectives to describe Andrews wonderful designs, so lets just say this one is great. A real challenging set of rotations awaits you with this one. I also hate to say this but if you have thicker than average fingers, you will need the aid of pencils or some sort of tools to work inside the frame. Moves - 24 total with 5 Rotations.”
